I got this recipe at one of my bridal showers, about two years ago, and I just made this a couple weeks ago and brought them to work. Everyone loved them. The best part about it...they are SO easy and quick! They are forsurely ooie & gooie. I was told by one lady who had them that they kind of taste like Seven Layer Bars and she also said that her daughter doesn't like coconut; so this is perfect. I had to laugh because my husband didn't know what they were called and he said "can you bring me one of those ooie gooie bars?" Hahah! Enjoy!

Mix first 3 ingredients; will be crumbly and sticky. Press in a 9x13" greased pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake mix layer that was pressed in the pan. Sprinkle the chocolate and butterscotch chips over the top. Bake at 350 for 25-30.
All great desserts...start out with a cake mix?
1 egg...
1 stick butter...
Yes, it will be crumbly and sticky.
Pressed in the pan.
and the other 3 ingredients.
The sweetened condensed milk spread out.
The chips sprinkled out and ready for the oven!
Another oven-ready shot.
I don't have a picture of them done...but you can about image the ooie and gooieness of them!
