::Cheesy Pasta Corn::

Have to bring a "side" to the Thanksgiving dinner you are going to? Having everyone over and not sure of a "side" to make? Want to bring a different "side" other than green bean casserole? This is it! This is SO easy to make, contains a few ingredients, and doesn't require much prep or clean up! What more could you be thankful for in preparing for Thanksgiving?! I love corn, so maybe that's why I think this, but the velveeta cheese adds so much creaminess to go along with the two different styles of corn and then a hint of pasta in it blends it all together! Hope that this will easy some of your Thanksgiving food prep plans...Enjoy!

::Cheesy Pasta Corn::

1 can corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. uncooked pasta (elbow or shell)
1 c. Velveeta cheese, chunked up
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Place all in sprayed casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour, covered, in a 350 degree oven.

The ingredients!

Start off by melting the butter. This is the only pan you need (besides the one you bake it in) to get dirty!

Regular corn!

And creamed corn!

Noodles...

The butter all melted!

Then add the rest of the ingredients...the corn with it shown here.

Then the noodles (macaroni) or whatever ones you prefer.

Stir it up a bit!

Then add the Velveeta...and sugar..yes, sugar!

And some salt and pepper!

The baking dish!

All mixed up and ready for the dish.

Ready for the oven!

Close up!
I do not have a "done" picture...but imagine it all warm and bubbly! Enjoy!
