::The Best Beer Bread w/ Spinich Dip::

I have a feeling once I post this, Tastefully Simple sales of beer bread mixes will go down drastically. This beer bread is out of this world; it is so super easy to make and is so, so, so moist! I was at a winter party that one of my friends' had and her sister-in-law is the one who made this recipe and brought it to the party. At this same party I brought those ::Banana Cookies:: and she feel in those while I feel in love with the beer bread! So, Thank You Amanda T! I just couldn't get over how few ingredients there were when Amanda told me how it's made; I still can't get over it. I also can't get over how moist and simple it is. Okay, enough of my "can't get overs." Make this so you can experience. This goes great with spinich dip, but would be great with many other dips. To tell you the truth, we have just been eating the bread, plain. That's how great it is! Enjoy!
PS: If you ever want to boost your self-esteem. Go into WalMarts liquor store at 11:30am and but a 12 pack of 16oz Budweisers. They won't think it's for beer bread. Just sayin'
::Beer Bread::
3 cups Gold Medal Self Rising Flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cans Budweiser (preferably room temp)
Put all three ingredients in a bowl and mix. There will be some lumps. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hr.
The three simple ingredients! Since I used the 16oz cans, I used one whole one plus a fourth of a cup. The 1 1/2 cans really means the normal sized 12oz cans.

All ingredients prior to the mix.

All mixed, and a little lumpy.

I sprayed the pan with pam.

Don't overbake and dry it out. Also, don't set the oven timer for 1 1/2 hrs and not check on it until it's done. I baked it for less than that time. Just make sure to check.

Another shot, closer up.

I use this mix for the spinich dip. The recipe is on the back. It calls for spinich, mayonase, sour cream, green onions, and water chestnuts if you want.

Hmm..not sure that this is too appetizing! The spinich all unthawed and drained.

Then mix in the sour cream....

Then some mayo...

Then the mix...

All the ingredients together, pre-mix.

Mix it up, mix it up!

Picture doesn't do it justice!

Paired with the out-of-this-world beer bread!
